Which days can I have an office fruit delivery?
Office fruit, office milk and groceries can be delivered Monday to Friday in most of Scotlands towns and cities such as Edinburgh and Glasgow. In all other areas we deliver at least 2 days per a week.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver free of charge to most of mainland Scotland free of charge. For the islands and some very remote areas a surcharge may apply.
Can you deliver to multiple locations or departments?
Yes, we can deliver to multiple sites or departments and supply you with one consolidated invoice for all orders if required.
Does somebody need to be on site to receive the delivery of office milk or office fruit?

Bank Holidays & Christmas
Bank Holiday Mondays – If you have one delivery per a week and this falls on a Monday or Tuesday we will deliver this box on the Wednesday. If you have multiple deliveries per a week we will cancel Monday and Tuesday deliveries and deliver Wednesday onwards.
Christmas – As most people are out of the office we don’t normally deliver between Christmas and the New Year. We will e-mail you closer to the time with exact delivery times.
Ordering and Pricing
In order to ensure you receive the very best office delivery service to suit your needs its best to call or discuss your requirements with us on the phone or via live chat.
If you are ordering multiple boxes please contact us as we are able to offer significant discounts.
Order Amendments & Contracts
We try and control waste of food as much as possible. The contents of each box and production are carefully planned in order to ensure this we request that you give 2 working days notice of any changes to your delivery for all items.
We do not have contracts that you can not get out of. We want you to come back because you want to, not because you have to!
Please note that we reserve the right to increase the price per fruit Basket/Box in the future. This will occur when there is an increase in our costs (fruit costs, staff wages and fuel costs). We will inform you in advance of such a change. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by giving us two working days notice.
Payment is made every 4 week by invoice, direct debit or recurring card payments. We invoice in advance, at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 8 days of the invoice date.
If your delivery of fruit is in one of our wooden fruit crates this remain the property of Eatfruit at all times. The empty crate will be picked up by our driver and replenished with a new one bursting with more office fruit. Should the driver be unable to pick up the crate, or it has gone missing a £10 replacement charge may be added to your invoice.
Allergens, care & your privacy
Eatfruit handles nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.
Our Healthy Snack Boxes all contain nuts and all other allergens.
If you have an allergy, unfortunately our products are not suitable for you.

We aim to ensure that you, an your team are entirely happy with you delivery. Fresh produce however can be unpredictable, if we fail we aim to resolve any issue to your total satisfactions. If any piece of fruit is not to your satisfaction you will not be charged for it. This guarantee covers the specific fruit affected by the quality issue you experienced and you must contact us within 24 hours of the incident. A credit note will be raised for the value of the fruit affected.
Our fresh fruit is selected, ripened and normally lasts up to 2 days in an office environment (between 15-20 degrees centigrade). If the temperature in your office is higher or lower than this range, this can have an impact on the quality of the fruit.
